Keep sensitive details safe

Do not email passwords, full card numbers, security codes, bank passwords or secret keys. MyPay QR support will never ask for them.

Urgent or unrecognised payments

Contact MyPay QR promptly. If a card or bank account may be compromised, also contact the card issuer or bank using the number on the card or its official website.

What happens next

We aim to resolve ordinary support matters within 10 business days. If more time is needed, we will explain why and provide a progress update. These are service targets, not guarantees, and urgent security issues are prioritised.
